International will be exhibiting at the industry’s biggest trade show, ACT Expo, April 28-May 1 in Anaheim, California. From panels to press releases, here’s what we’ll be doing to showcase some of our innovations and solutions.
Our goals during this year’s expo are to:
Showcase a shift in our strategy from only product offerings towards digitally enabled solutions that offer greater value to our customers.
Modernize and expand brand perception beyond trucks.
Highlight technological advancements relevant to the commercial vehicle industry.
Establish authority and credibility to customers, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
So, how are we doing this?
Hear from the experts
International President & CEO Mathias Carlbaum and TRATON’s Head of Group Product Management Catharina Modahl Nilsson will be on the main stage to discuss the landscape of clean commercial vehicle technology, policy, incentives and the market in North America and Europe. This session will explore the global shift to advanced technologies; the role of digital and autonomation in the future of fleet; and what all of this means for long-term commitments, investments, and technology considerations.
Sharing International’s latest in an automation and digital technology solutions keynote will be TRATON’s Head of Autonomous Solutions Peter Hafmar and Chief Operating Officer of Plus Shawn Kerrigan. This session will educate on the topics of the safety, efficiency, and cost savings of autonomous vehicles. Chief Engineer Jernelle Buckley is joining a panel hosted by our supplier partners TCCI about thermal management systems, highlighting the essential role they play in vehicle electrification.
Noteworthy news
To really drive home our solutions-led future, we will showcase our digitally enabled solutions dedicated to customer experience. From fleet decarbonization to electric maintenance solutions to International Financials’ payment program, we are coming out in full force to offer solutions at every turn.
Meet the eRH Series, the newest addition to our electric vehicle product roadmap – an all-electric Class 8 regional haul tractor. Designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty regional and drayage fleets, the eRH offers a range of up to 300 miles, depending on configuration, battery capacity, and use. Built on the proven foundation of the diesel-powered RH Series, the eRH is optimized for productivity in local and regional haul applications. The eRH will be available to test out in the ACT Expo Ride and Drive all week.
Bolstering our presence
There is nothing better than getting up close to our vehicles and learning about our smart solutions. International’s booth will feature the eRH, eMV Series and our Electric CE Series IC Bus. Attendees will have an opportunity to explore stations around the booth to learn more about International’s service contracts, the My International app, vehicle to grid charging, EV ecosystem financing and autonomous solutions. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to test out the International LT Series equipped with the S13 Integrated powertrain powered by R100 renewable diesel and the eRH in the show’s ride and drive experience.
