In 2024, my largest project was managing the overhaul of International's employee intranet as we rebranded. This involved:

• ​Working closely with our CMS provider, Unily, to determine what worked vs. what needed to be redone for our new intranet, Insider.

• Designing a new home page, department page template, and site menu based on previous site analytics.

• Creating new and needed pages, such as a Communities page where employees can sign up for volunteer events, see all company social media feeds, view employee resource group pages and access Yammer.

• ​Writing updated copy in our new brand's TOV and style.

• Working with our creative director to ensure brand creative guidelines were followed, including use of our new color palette, font, design principles

• Communicating all changes to each department page content lead, as well as the entire International organization post-brand launch.

• Providing a widget for feedback from the company to ensure all bugs were fixed in a timely manner.
